In development — pilot list open

Your store in order in a week. Not in six months.

Products, stock and sales in one place. Simple enough for the counter, ready for the second store.

R$ 99 per store, per month · migration included, no setup fee

Stock screen with what is below the minimum first, marked for reordering.
What you get

What changes in the store, from the first week

Two stores, ten stores, same system

Each store with its own stock, its own numbers and its people separated by role.

The invoice fields are already filled

SKU, NCM, supplier and fiscal description live on the product, before the first sale.

The shelf and the screen agree

In, out and adjustment with one tap. The balance is the sum of the history, never typed over.

Close the month without hunting for paper

What was charged and what was contracted are read from the same place, on the same day.

“Who changed this?” has an answer

Every change writes author, time and what changed. It stops depending on memory.

Nobody keeps access after leaving

One account for the whole company, two-factor, and revoking a session takes one click.

The screens

This is the system, not a drawing of it.

Getting started

How the first store enters, in four stages

Conversation

We look at how the operation works today, including the spreadsheets.

Catalogue and stock

Products, suppliers and current balances imported from what already exists.

Daily use

A few weeks in both systems. They have to agree before the old one goes.

Closing

The first monthly closing done together, on data that is already yours.

Talk to us

Yes. Company and branch are separate entities from the first screen, and each person has a role in the company they belong to. Stock, catalogue and invoicing are read per company — not filtered per company, which is what makes data from one branch leak into the report of another.

No, and it is a bad idea. The usual path is catalogue and stock first, because they are the ones that hurt daily, and invoicing after the first closing. We import what already exists in spreadsheets.

R$ 99 per store, per month, for whoever sells in one place — and there is an Integrated plan for whoever also sells on marketplaces or has more than one store. Number of users, size of the catalogue and volume of movements do not change the amount. Systems sold around here start at about R$ 250 and are built for companies that already have a finance department; this one is for the store that opened last year.

Honestly: in development. What exists today is the foundation — the data model for companies, stores, catalogue with fiscal fields, stock movements and the audit trail, plus the sign-in that already runs in production for the other products. What is being built now are the screens for daily use. Whoever enters the pilot list gets the order decided by their operation, and pays nothing until the system is doing real work for the store.

On our infrastructure, in Brazil, with an encrypted backup and a restore test — a backup nobody ever restored is not a backup. You can export everything, at any time, in an open format.

Export of your data is part of the product, not a favour granted on the way out. Whoever depends on lock-in to keep a client is admitting the product does not hold on its own.

Twenty minutes about your operation.

Tell us how many stores you have and what you use today. We show what exists, say what does not, and you decide.
